Black Pine has tooling capabilities to go from a napkin sketch to completed production pieces all in house.
We house a very large 5-axis CNC machine router used to carve patterns and molds for a multitude of industries. The capability to control each phase, from model creation, pattern creation, and mold creation allows Black Pine to have the unique ability to manage start-up costs for its clients providing a lower tooling cost. This also allows us to control technical details to be sure each piece is designed to be as efficient and cost-effective as possible to build and function.
